Check Eligibility
- Rebates are available to commercial and industrial electric service customers of Eversource or UI
- Equipment must be installed in the service territory of the participating utility
- Eligible systems are ENERGY STAR® certified equipment
Technical Details
- Pre-approval and a post-inspection from the participating utility are required if the rebate total exceeds $7,500
- Heat pump water heaters below 119 gallons that are ENERGY STAR certified and have a Uniform Energy Factor of 3.3 or higher qualify for a rebate. Equipment must be rated on the ENERGY STAR website
- Heat pump water heaters below 119 gallons that are ENERGY STAR certified, have 120 Volt/15 Amp Circuit Systems, and have a Uniform Energy Factor of 2.2 or greater qualify for a rebate. Equipment must be rated on the ENERGY STAR website
- Heat pump water heaters greater than 119 gallons that are ENERGY STAR certified and have a COP of 3.6 qualify for a rebate. Equipment must be rated on the ENERGY STAR website
